Donation refunds
Donations made to Hamdulay Heart Foundation are generally considered final once processed successfully. However, if a donation is made in error or there is a payment issue, we encourage the donor to contact us immediately.
Where a refund is appropriate, we will review the request carefully and may process a refund depending on the payment status, the timing of the request, and the policies of the payment gateway involved.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe a donation was made incorrectly or without your intention.
